When do you accept items for consignment?
Wednesday from 10:00-4:30, Thursday and Friday from 12:00-6:30

No

Do I need to make an appointment?
No

How do you pay your consigners?
For totals over $35, checks are sent out every other month. However, money can be picked up at any time, or applied to a purchase made in the store.

How long does it take to go through the items when they are brought in?
About 5-15 minutes, After we go through your things, we give you the things we cannot use right            back.

What types of furniture do you accept?
Toddler beds, cribs (non drop-side cribs due to recall), changing tables, swings, car seats, exer-saucers, strollers, double strollers, gliders, rocking chairs, gates, mattresses, high chairs, bouncy chairs, dressers, children’s tables and chairs, book shelves, toy chests, bassinets, cradles, port-a-cribs, playpens...

If I bring in a crib, do I need to set it up?
No, we prefer to to set it up ourselves. This way we can make sure all the parts are there, and              that no pieces have been substituted.

Do you accept/sell large outdoor play items?
Yes! Outdoor playhouse, activity gyms, climbers, and picnic tables are all high in demand.

How long does it take for my things to get prices and ready to be sold?
Generally 1-2 weeks, depending on the time you bring it in. Furniture, and other large items are            priced and ready to be sold on the day you bring them in.

Do you have waiting lists for your items?
No we do not. Our customers are more than welcome to call us, and we can tell you right over              the phone whether or not the items are in stock.

Why didn’t you take_______?
Either it was torn, dirty, outdated, missing pieces, faded, had rummage stickers, recalled,                      needed ironing, or sometimes nothing is wrong with the item itself, but experience has told us
that the particular item does not sell.

Do you donate non-clothing items?
No, they stay until the get sold. The exception would be is if we found out later that a game was           missing pieces, something didn’t work, or that an item was recalled.

Do you accept recalled items?
No, we do not. We have a list of recalled children’s items that is frequently updated by the          CSPC. The only exception would be is if you received the part from the company making it                   okay to use the product again. If you have any doubt about your product being recalled, just                go to the manufacturers website and look under recalls. If you do have a product that was                     recalled, the company has to fix it, or send a replacement for free.

Do you check your toys for parts?
Yes all games, and electronics are checked. However, we do not check puzzles, software, or             watch our videos This is the reason we have a one week return policy.

What items sell best?
Brio, Little Tikes, Thomas, Legos and Furniture.

How many new items are put out each day?
A few hundred every day :o)
